We have recently completed an assignment for a client which resulted in the survival of a business despite a very difficult set of circumstances and the feedback from the client last Friday was a very good way to finish the week!  The client details have to remain confidential due to some sensitive issues involved.  However the client commented on “the sensible and pragmatic approach taken by you and your team which has been invaluable” and thanked us for “working tirelessly to turn an impossible-looking situation into one with a very positive future”. The assignment involved a unique set of circumstances requiring negotiations with a number of creditors to avoid a formal insolvency process.  The final outcome was achieved swiftly and key relationships were preserved allowing the company to continue with its business.

Clearly our work is not always about formal insolvency processes; our specialist knowledge and decades of experience in delivery business recovery and insolvency solutions have allowed us to turn round a challenging scenario for this client.
