Creditors’ Guidance Notes
The Association of Business Recovery Professionals (“R3”) have issued a number of Statements of Insolvency Practice (“SIP’s”) which set out required practice that Insolvency Practitioners have to comply with regarding certain aspects of their conduct and dealings in respect of insolvency assignments.
One of these SIPs relates to the Insolvency Practitioner’s fees and as part of the SIP we are required to draw your attention to an appropriate set of Guidance Notes that provides you with more information about the Insolvency Practitioner’s fees. There are a number of different sets of Guidance Notes depending upon when the insolvency assignment commenced, and the type of assignment it is.
To access the appropriate set of Guidance Notes please first select below the relevant period when the insolvency assignment commenced and then click on the Guidance Notes appropriate to the insolvency assignment concerned.
