Garry began his Poppleton & Appleby career in 1976 and has more than 40 years’ experience in handling Insolvency and Business Recovery matters. He has dealt with virtually every type of corporate insolvency during his career, ranging from haulage businesses, social clubs, family run businesses including baby clothes retailers to funeral directors. Literally from cradle to grave!
The vast knowledge and experience which Garry has built up over his career supports his considered approach to any scenario which he advises on. He also remembers the time when only two pieces of paper were needed to place a company into liquidation and being able to pay a dividend of 100p in the £, plus statutory interest, following a successful administration appointment.
